If you want to cancel all or part of your booking, we explain how you can do that. If you have booked a car, hotel, parking space, activity, luggage service or insurance through Transavia, read on!
Cancel entire booking
The entire booking means the airline ticket(s) of all passengers in the booking and any extras purchased, such as hold luggage and seat reservation. You can easily cancel your entire booking via My Transavia. At the bottom of the page, click the 'cancel booking' button. The main booker will receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
Please note: If you cancel the booking, you will not get a refund. In some cases, you can rely on your cancellation insurance. If you have it, it is best to contact your insurance company to find out if and how you will get your money back. Sometimes an insurance company asks for a no-show statement. This is a statement confirming that you did not take the flight. You can apply for a no-show statement through My Transavia.
Cancel part of your booking
If you would like to cancel part of your booking, i.e. only one of the flights or one of the passengers, you can do so using the online contact form or by contacting our Service Centre.
If you didn’t book directly with Transavia, contact your travel agent to cancel your booking.
