Your PNR (Passenger Name Record) is your booking reference. It’s a unique code that identifies your flight reservation. You’ll need it when you check in online, manage your booking, or contact our support team.
Where to find your PNR
Booking confirmation email
After completing your booking, we send you a confirmation email. Your PNR is usually shown near the top of the email under “Booking reference” or “Reservation code.”E-ticket
If you received an electronic ticket (PDF or mobile pass), your PNR will appear next to the flight details.Mobile app / website account
When you log in to your account on our website or app, your PNR is displayed with your upcoming flights and tickets.
What does a PNR look like?
It is usually a 6-character alphanumeric code (for example: MPER01).
Sometimes it can be longer, depending on the booking system used.
Tip
Keep your PNR handy when contacting us. It helps us quickly locate your booking.
If you booked through a travel agency or third-party website, check their confirmation email – your PNR will be listed there too.
